I started working for my dad when I was 15. I started as a lot boy
washing cars and doing odds and ends at Richland Suzuki. After doing
that for about 2 years I worked in the office and did office work.
(answering phones, filing, posting bills to cars, etc.) Once I graduated
high school I started at Tim Bush Motor Company selling cars. I sold
cars for almost 3 years. I became the Finance Manager, which I was for a
little over 1 year. When dad closed Richland Suzuki we brought several
people over here, which was when I became the Used Car Manager. Dad took
me all over the Northwest and taught me how to properly buy cars and
sell cars. "There is a lot more to it then I thought!" after doing that
for 2 years I became the Sales Manager which is also the position I am
currently. Moving through all the different position in the dealership
made me realize that position isn't what makes a person in business.
Building a stop, caring, dedicated team is what does. If you don't have
great people around you, then you yourself will never be great.
I have a beautiful wife of 6 years, Amanda Bush. We met my senior year in
high school and have been inseparable ever since. She is also the mother of my 2
beautiful boys, Trey Bush, who is 4 years going on 16. And my baby boy Carter
Bush who is almost 1 year old. My wife and I enjoy going to Movies together.
Being outside, and laying in bed just talking about the days events. As a family
we love going boating and more then anything just spending time together. My
family is huge Seattle Seahawk fan, and usually get to go to a few games every
season. My favorite color is red, and I love the Sun Shine and 100 degree heat.
The people I look up to the most is My dad and my wife. My dad because he is the
smartest man I have ever met and no matter what is always has my back. He also
is a very smart business man and at the same time cars about his family more
then anyone could ever know. He has a heart of gold. I love my dad! My wife
because she is the most amazing women in the planet. She is a caregiver, a wife,
a mother, a office manager, and a hand at anytime. She wears so many hats all
the time. I love my wife so much.
I am truly blessed. I thank god for all that I have been blessed
with!!!
